View and manage all users in the system, along with their key metrics, allocation data, and project assignments.
Overview
The Users page provides a comprehensive view of all team members with their work metrics, project allocations, and performance indicators.
Filters and Search
| Filter | Description |
|---|---|
| Date Range | Filter data for a specific time period |
| Search | Find users by name or email |
| Status | Filter by All, Active, or Inactive users |
| User Type | Filter by Employee or Freelancer |
Export Options
Export user data in two formats:
- Summary Export: Totals per user with key metrics
- Detailed Export: Complete breakdown including project-specific data

Columns
| Column | Description |

| Name & Email | User's full name (clickable to view profile) |
| Type | Employee (blue) or Freelancer (orange) indicator |
| Projects | Number of assigned projects |
| Working Hours | Monthly available working hours |
| Logged Hours | Progress bar showing hours logged vs target |
| Allocation | Total allocation hours and percentage |
| Future Allocation | 12-month allocation preview graph |
| Customer Rate | Average billing rate per hour |
| User Rate | Average contractor rate per hour |
Expandable Project Details
Click on any user row to expand and view their project assignments:

| Period | Start/end dates ("Ongoing" if no end date) |
| Hours | Progress bar with status tooltip |
| Allocation | Project-specific allocation |
| Future Allocation | Project allocation preview |
| Rates | Customer and user rates for this project |
Progress Indicators
Color-coded progress bars show work status at a glance:
| Color | Status | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Green | On Track | Within expected progress |
| Orange | Behind | Fewer hours than expected |
| Red | Ahead | More hours than expected |
| Purple | Over Allocation | Exceeded total allocation |

Hover over any progress bar to see:
- Progress percentage
- Status description
- Hours breakdown
- Color legend

View User Details
- Click on a user's name to view their full profile
- Access contract details, schedule, and settings
Manage Allocations
- Click on a project row to navigate to project user management
- Edit allocations directly from expanded view
