Customers

Customers are the organizations or individuals you provide services to. The customer management interface allows you to create, view, and manage all your customers in one place.

Customer List

The customer list view displays all your customers in a table format with filtering and sorting capabilities.

Key Features

  • Search: Use the search field to filter customers by name or other details
  • Status Filter: Filter by active or inactive customers
  • Customer Count: View total number of filtered customers
  • Quick Actions: Create, edit, and manage customers directly from the list

Filters

Table Columns

ColumnDescription
NameCustomer/company name (clickable)

Business IDCompany business identifier
ProjectsNumber of associated projects
StatusActive/inactive indicator

Customer Status

Each customer can have one of the following statuses:

  • Active (green checkmark): Customer is active and available for project selection
  • Inactive (red x): Customer is archived and won't appear in selection dropdowns

Creating a New Customer

  1. Click the New Customer button in the toolbar
  2. Fill in the customer details:
    • Company name
    • Contact information
    • Business ID
    • Address details
  3. Click Save to create the customer

Managing Customers

View Customer Details

  • Click on any customer row to open the customer page
  • View all associated projects and contact information

Edit Customer

  • Open customer details and click Edit
  • Update any customer information
  • Save changes

Toggle Status

  • Click the status icon to quickly toggle between active/inactive
  • Inactive customers are hidden from project dropdowns
