Overview

The Customer Invoices page provides a comprehensive dashboard for creating and managing invoices for your customers. View available invoices, create new ones, and track invoice history all in one place.

New Invoices Dashboard

The dashboard shows all available invoices that can be created based on tracked time.

Key Features

  • Date Range Selection: Filter by specific billing period
  • Grouping Options: Toggle between grouping by "Project" or "Customer"
  • Summary Information: View total hours and amounts at the top
  • Invoice List: Complete breakdown of available invoices

Creating Invoices

Steps to Create an Invoice

  1. Select the appropriate date range
  2. Choose grouping method (by project or customer)
  3. Click the + button for the invoice you want to create
  4. Review and edit invoice details in the form
  5. Add additional line items if needed
  6. Finalize and create the invoice

Invoice Creation Form

The form allows you to:

  • Review pre-filled invoice details
  • Edit invoice rows and amounts
  • Add additional line items
  • Set invoice date and due date
  • Generate invoice reports

Integration Features

Procountor Integration

When enabled, invoices can be sent directly to Procountor:

  • Customer must be linked to Procountor
  • Contact person and email can be edited
  • Payment terms configurable

Netvisor Integration

When enabled, invoices can be sent to Netvisor:

  • Product mapping available
  • Customer linking required

  • Ensure all users have locked their hours before creating invoices
  • Review totals for accuracy before finalizing
  • Use project grouping for detailed invoices
  • Use customer grouping for consolidated invoices
