Billing Settings

Manage your subscription and billing information for your account. The billing page allows you to view your current subscription status, upgrade or downgrade plans, manage seats, and access billing history.

Understanding Your Subscription Status
The billing page displays your current subscription status, including plan details, trial information, payment dates, and available actions based on your account state.

Subscription Management
Subscribing to a Premium Plan
- Navigate to Settings > Billing
- Click Subscribe Now or Resubscribe Now (depending on your current status)
- In the plan details dialog:
- Adjust the number of seats using the number input (minimum is your current active users)
- Choose billing cycle:
- Monthly: €15 per seat per month
- Annual: €12 per seat per month (20% savings)
- Review the total cost in the billing summary
- Click Continue to proceed to Stripe checkout
- Complete your payment details in the secure Stripe interface
Note: If you subscribe during a trial period, you will be billed once your trial ends.
Managing Your Subscription
For active subscriptions, you can:
Access Billing Portal: Click Manage Subscription to open the Stripe billing portal where you can:
- Update payment methods
- Download invoices
- Cancel your subscription
- Update billing information
View Invoices: Stripe invoices are now visible directly on the Trackifi billing page
- See invoice history without leaving the app
- Download invoices as PDF
- View payment status for each invoice
Seat Management
The number of seats determines how many users can be active in your account:
- Edit seats directly on the billing page without being redirected to Stripe
- The minimum number of seats is equal to your current active users
- You can increase seats at any time
- Seat changes are reflected immediately and the remaining price is added to your next invoice
- Prorated billing: if you add seats mid-cycle, you're billed proportionally for the remaining period

Premium Plan
- Monthly Billing: €15 per seat per month
- Annual Billing: €12 per seat per month (billed annually, 20% discount)
Free Plan
- 0€ forever.
- Available after trial expiration or subscription cancellation
Prices are VAT 0%
Trial Information
Trial activates automatically when registering a new environment and does not require any actions.
- You can subscribe at any time during the trial
- If you subscribe during trial, billing begins when the trial ends
- Trial status is clearly indicated with a "Trial" badge

- Charged every month
- €15 per seat per month
- More flexibility for short-term needs
Annual Billing
- Charged once per year
- €12 per seat per month (€144 per seat per year)
- 20% savings compared to monthly billing
- Better value for long-term commitments
Cancellation
- You can cancel at anytime through the Stripe billing portal by clicking "Manage Subscription" on the billing page. Your subscription cancels at the end of your selected billing period and you have full access until then.

The billing portal (powered by Stripe) provides access to:
- Invoice history and downloads
- Payment method management
- Subscription modification
- Billing address updates

FAQ
Q: How do I cancel my subscription? A: You can cancel your subscription through the Stripe billing portal by clicking "Manage Subscription" on the billing page. Your subscription cancels at the end of your selected billing period and you have full access until then.
Q: When does my trial end? A: You are automatically granted a 1-month trial. You can see the remaining days on the billing page.
Q: Can I change my billing cycle after subscribing? A: Yes, you can switch between monthly and annual billing through the Stripe billing portal by clicking "Manage Subscription".
Q: What happens if I add more seats mid-billing cycle? A: Additional seats are prorated. You'll be charged for the remaining time in your current billing period, and the full amount will apply to subsequent billing cycles.
Q: Can I reduce the number of seats? A: Yes, however you cannot go below the number of active users. You have to first deactivate users to reduce the amount. Otherwise some users will lose access.
Q: What payment methods are accepted? A: We accept all major credit cards and payment methods supported by Stripe, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and more.
Q: Will I be charged immediately when subscribing during trial? A: No, if you subscribe during your trial period, billing will begin when your trial ends.
