Multi-Select & Bulk Update

The multi-select tool allows you to select multiple records and update them in bulk, making it easy to manage large numbers of time entries efficiently.

Overview

Multi-select enables you to:

• Select multiple records with mouse drag selection
• Move selected records to a different time period or dates
• Resize multiple records at once
• Delete multiple records at once

Selecting Records

Mouse Drag Selection

1. Click and hold on an empty area of the calendar
2. Drag to create a selection box
3. Release to select all records within the box
4. Selected records will be highlighted

Selection is done entirely with the mouse - drag to select multiple records at once.

Bulk Update Options

Once you have records selected, a bulk action toolbar appears with the following options:

View Modes

Multi-select works across all view modes:

• Week View: Select records across different days of the week
• Month View: Select records across the entire month

Keyboard Shortcuts

• Escape: Clear current selection
