Analytics - Table View

The Table View provides a detailed breakdown of your analytics data in a tabular format, making it easy to sort, search, and export information.

Key Features

Entity Type Selection: Choose to view data by Customer, Project, or User
Searchable Data: Filter the table by typing in the search field
Sortable Columns: Click column headers to sort data
Export to CSV: Download the table data for further analysis
Totals Row: View the aggregate values at the bottom of the table

How to Use

Select Entity Type: Choose whether to view data by Customer, Project, or User using the dropdown
Filter Data: Use the search field to find specific entries
Sort Data: Click on column headers to sort by different metrics
Export Data: Click "Export to CSV" to download the table as a CSV file

Table Columns

The table displays the following metrics for each entity:

Name: Entity name (customer, project, or user)
Project Type: The type of project (only shown when viewing by project)
Hours: Total hours tracked
Revenue: Total revenue generated
Costs: Total costs incurred
Profit: Calculated profit (revenue minus costs)
Profit Margin (%): The profit margin percentage

Interactive Features

Click on a customer or project name to drill down into that entity in the Flow Chart view
The totals row shows aggregate values for all displayed entities
When searching, the totals are recalculated to reflect only the filtered data
