Overview

The Purchase Invoices page allows you to view, manage, and process all invoices sent by freelancers working on your projects.

Filters and Controls

Purchase Invoice Filters

FilterDescription
Date RangeSelect the time period to view invoices
StatusFilter by invoice status (multi-select)
SearchSearch by sender name or invoice details

Available Status Filters

  • Created: Newly created invoices
  • Sent: Invoices submitted by freelancers
  • Approved: Approved invoices pending payment
  • Paid: Completed payments
  • Denied: Rejected invoices

Working with Invoices

Viewing Details

  • Click the expand chevron (▼) to view line items
  • See project breakdown, quantities, and unit prices
  • View amounts for each line item

Processing Workflow

  1. Review - Check invoice details and line items
  2. Approve/Deny - Update status based on review
  3. Pay - Mark as paid after processing payment
  4. Archive - Completed invoices remain in history

Tips

  • Use status filters to find invoices needing attention
  • Update statuses promptly to maintain accurate records
  • Expandable rows show details without cluttering the view
  • Export functionality available for accounting purposes
