Procountor Integration
Connect your Procountor accounting system with Trackifi to sync business partners and send invoices directly without manual data entry.

Setup Overview
1. Create API key in Procountor
2. Enable Documents feature (optional)
3. Activate integration in Trackifi
4. Link business partners to customersStep 1: Create a Procountor API Key
- Log in to Procountor
- Go to Management > Integrations > API management
- Click Create new API key
- Enter the following details:
- Client ID:
trackifiClient - Description: Trackifi integration
- Client ID:
- Copy the generated API key and store it securely

You'll need this API key in Step 3. The key is only shown once, so save it immediately.

Step 2: Enable Documents Feature (Optional)
This step is required if you want to attach PDF invoices.
- In Procountor, go to Management > Company Info > Usage Settings
- Find the Documents section
- Enable the feature

The Documents feature and API access may incur additional fees. See Procountor pricing for details.
Step 3: Activate in Trackifi
- Go to Company Settings > Integrations
- Click the Procountor card
- Paste your API key
- Click Activate
Trackifi will automatically import your business partners and products from Procountor.
Step 4: Link Business Partners
After activation, connect your Procountor business partners to Trackifi customers:
- Go to the Business Partners tab on the integration page
- For each business partner, select the matching Trackifi customer from the dropdown
- Click Save
Auto-matching
Trackifi suggests matches based on company names. Review suggestions before accepting.
Troubleshooting
| Issue | Solution |
|---|---|
| Integration won't activate | Verify your API key is correct and hasn't expired |
| Business partners missing | Click Sync Data to refresh |
| Invoice sync failing | Check that the business partner is linked to a Trackifi customer |
| PDF attachment errors | Ensure the Documents feature is enabled in Procountor |
Regenerating Your API Key
If your API key expires or is compromised:
- Create a new key in Procountor (Step 1)
- In Trackifi, click the Procountor card
- Enter the new key and click Update
Managing the Integration
Update API key: Click the Procountor card > enter new key > Update
Disable integration: Click Disable on the Procountor card
Security
- API keys are encrypted and stored securely
- Data is transmitted over HTTPS
- We only access data required for the integration
- Trackifi does not modify your Procountor data
