Track your work performance, project progress, and time allocation with detailed analytics and visual insights.

Main Navigation

General Tab

Your primary dashboard with statistics, charts, and project data.

Contract Tab

View your contract, work schedule calendar showing working days, holidays, and allocated hours.

Time Period Selection

Use the date range picker to analyze different periods. Default shows current month.

Overview Statistics

For Employees

• Hours Logged: Total hours recorded vs. expected working hours for period
• Allocation: Hours allocated to projects with percentage of total working time
• Flex: Difference between logged and expected hours (+/- format)
• Absences: Total absence hours in the period

For Freelancers

• Hours Logged: Total hours recorded vs. expected working hours for period
• Allocation: Hours allocated to projects with percentage of total working time
• Income: Total earnings for the selected period
  • Income is calcualted from your hours and set hourly prices.
• Absences: Total absence hours in the period

User Profile Card

Shows your personal statistics:

• Weekly Working Hours: Your standard work week hours
• Average Rate: Your billing rate (freelancers only)
• Total Self Billing: Lifetime earnings (freelancers only)
• Total Hours Logged: All-time hours recorded
• Projects Worked On: Number of different projects you have been working on.

Hours Trend Chart

Interactive bar chart showing daily hours logged over the selected period.

Show Comparison Toggle

When enabled, overlays a comparison period:

• 1-3 months selected: Compares with equal period immediately before
• 4-12 months selected: Compares with same period from previous year
• Over 12 months: Compares with equal period immediately before

Comparison data appears as a line chart over the main bars.

Hours per Tag (Pie Chart)

Visual breakdown of time distribution across different tags:

• Shows top 9 tags individually
• Remaining tags grouped as "Others"
• Each segment uses unique colors for easy identification

Projects Tab

Project Progress Bars

Each project shows a progress bar with:

• Hours logged vs. allocated hours
• Completion percentage
• Color-coded status indicators:
  • Green: On track
  • Orange: Behind schedule
  • Red: Ahead of schedule
  • Purple: Over allocation

Project Information

• Project name
• Duration: Start date to end date (or "Ongoing")
• Allocation: Total hours allocated with percentage of your working time
• Self Rate: Your billing rate for the project (freelancers only)

Progress Bar Tooltips

Hover over progress bars to see:

• Current progress percentage and hours
• Status (on track, ahead, behind, over allocation)
• Color legend explaining status indicators

Records Tab

Table of your time records for the selected period:

• Date: When the work was performed
• Project: Project name
• Hours: Time logged in hours and minutes
• Description: Work description

Schedule Tab Features

Schedule Summary

• Working days: Total working days in period
• Non-working days: Weekends, holidays, and non-working days
• Working Hours: Total allocated working hours

Weekly Pattern (Desktop)

Shows your standard work week with:

• Days you work (green checkmark)
• Days you don't work (red X)
• Hours per working day

Calendar View

Monthly calendar showing each day with:

• Working days: Show allocated hours
• Weekends: Gray background
• Holidays: Special chip indicator
• Non-working days: Different styling
• Current day: Highlighted

Day tooltips show detailed information including status, working hours, and day type.
